Idiopathic Maculopathies
摘要
Idiopathic inflammatory maculopathies are inflammatory conditions that affect the macula, leading to symptoms like blurred vision, photopsia, and scotomas. Clinical findings often include retinal edema, serous detachment, and pigmentary changes. Diagnosis is based on imaging, including OCT, fluorescein angiography, and indocyanine green angiography. Clinical findings, diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of the main inflammatory maculopathies are discussed in this chapter.
