Polysaccharide is an important active compound in plant leaves, and its efficient and environmentally friendly extraction technology is of great significance for the development of functional foods and drugs. In this study, the extraction process of polysaccharides from loquat leaves was systematically described by using eotolutic solvent (DES) combined with ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE). Polysaccharides were obtained by alcohol precipitation and freeze-drying, and the relative yield was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method.
