Post-embedding Immunolabeling of Thin Sections of Phytoplasma-Infected Plant Tissues for Transmission Electron Microscopy
摘要
The chapter describes a transmission electron microscopy immunogold-labeling method applied to phytoplasma-infected leaf tissue. The method allows to identify the pathogen in situ and characterizes the specific molecular relationships established with the cell of the host plant, contributing to give insights to phytoplasma pathogenesis process.
