ICP-MS Analysis of Inorganic Contaminants (As, Cd, Pb) in Foodstuffs Preceded by Closed Vessel Microwave Acid Digestion
摘要
The present protocol describes the method for the determination of arsenic, cadmium, and lead in foodstuffs using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) following closed vessel microwave-assisted digestion. This protocol has been optimized and validated for the following food matrices: fish, fruit, and fruit products, Grains and grain-based products, milk and dairy products, and vegetables and vegetable products.
