Separation and Analysis of Chiral Compounds by Nano-Liquid Chromatography Using Glycopeptide Antibiotics
摘要
This chapter describes the separation and analysis of some chiral compounds using stationary phases containing glycopeptide antibiotics, namely vancomycin or teicoplanin, by nano-liquid chromatography. The chiral selectors are chemically immobilized on silica particles or polymeric material, respectively. The synthesis, the chemical compounds, the experimental conditions, and the instrumentation are described. Two examples of chiral separation of some drugs and amino alcohols are reported.
