Isolation and Culture of Rheumatoid Arthritis Synoviocytes
摘要
Cell culture is a fundamental and a routine method for research, providing the means to maintain and propagate cells for subsequent experimental studies. In rheumatoid arthritis, stromal cells, particularly synoviocytes, are now recognized as pivotal contributors to disease pathogenesis. Consequently, isolating and culturing these primary cells is of significant importance. This protocol outlines a method for isolating synoviocytes through mechanical adhesion.
