In rheumatoid arthritis, stromal cells, particularly synoviocytes, are now recognized as pivotal contributors to disease pathogenesis. Consequently, isolating and culturing these primary cells is of significant importance. This protocol outlines a method for isolating synoviocytes through mechanical adhesion.
