Artificial intelligence (AI) is applied to many sectors of enterprises, namely business, healthcare, finance, education, marketing, etc., for efficient and time-saving operations. The chapter describes the application of AI in nuclear medicine, detailing different aspects of departmental operation, namely scheduling, scanning, interpreting the scans, and making a report. Reports of AI applications in oncology, cardiology, whole-body imaging, drug discovery, thyroid imaging, and many other human diseases are cited.
