Metagenomics analysis and next-generation sequencing played important roles in the identification and characterization of endosymbionts. This chapter elaborates on endosymbiont isolation, purification, and amplification of genome sequencing. Metagenomics sequencing analysis was performed for the identification of endosymbiont.
