Synthesis of Green and Sustainable Nanomaterials from Fruit and Vegetable Processing Wastes: A Sustainable Approach to Agro-Waste Valorization

This chapter includes the green synthesis of nanomaterials from fruit and vegetable processing waste as a sustainable alternative to chemical methods. Detailed protocols for waste processing and synthesis are provided, along with characterization using microscopic, spectroscopic, and thermal techniques. Applications in catalysis, antimicrobial, and antioxidant activities are discussed for circular bioeconomy.
