Glycoprotein Preparation by Heterologous Expression
摘要
The eukaryotic expression, typically using cultured mammalian cells, is used for stable isotope labeling of glycoproteins. More recently, innovations have been made to reduce the cost of cell culture, control glycoforms, and employ more convenient expression systems other than mammalian cells. Here we describe the procedures involved in expressing isotope-labeled immunoglobulin G by Chinese hamster ovary cells and silkworms.
