Luciferase-based bioluminescence imaging offers a non-invasive approach to visualizing and quantifying tumor development across multiple time points. This chapter presents a methodology for employing the IVIS® (in vivo imaging) system to analyze tumor dynamics in luciferase expressing PDX brain tumor models.
