In this chapter the procedure of immunofluorescence staining of mucin 5 (MUC5AC) in the gastric tissue specimens and primary gastric epithelial cells derived from the Cavia porcellus (guinea pig) has been presented in conjunction with the assessment of colonization of gastric tissue with Helicobacter pylori.

摘要

In this chapter the procedure of immunofluorescence staining of mucin 5 (MUC5AC) in the gastric tissue specimens and primary gastric epithelial cells derived from the Cavia porcellus (guinea pig) has been presented in conjunction with the assessment of colonization of gastric tissue with Helicobacter pylori.
