Analysis of the Virus–Host Protein–Protein Interaction via Co-Immunoprecipitation (Co-IP)
摘要
Virus–host interactions play crucial roles throughout the entire process of viral replication. Specific viral proteins often target key proteins of the host. These interactions can be identified through various experimental techniques. Co-immunoprecipitation (co-IP) is a powerful method for detecting and characterizing protein–protein interactions and understanding their functional significance. In this context, Co-IP is commonly used to screen and identify viral proteins that interact with host proteins, providing valuable insights into the mechanisms of viral replication.
