Furthermore, when co-cultured with stromal cells, it is much more relevant to tumor in vivo than cancer cell alone, because stromal cells in tumor microenvironment play major roles in cancer progression and drug resistance. This protocol describes how to generate a spheroid with a controlled stromal cell ratio using a multi-inlet spheroid generator.
