Global public health is greatly concerned about foodborne illnesses brought on by toxins from Gram-positive bacteria. To ensure food safety, quick and accurate detection techniques are crucial. To identify Gram-positive bacterial toxins in food samples, we created a chemiluminescent slot blot immunoassay for this investigation. Due to its high sensitivity, specificity, and speed, this assay is a good choice for regular food safety monitoring. Using reference poisons and food samples tampered with, the immunoassay was verified, proving its dependability for real-world use. This approach shows a promise in improving the detection of foodborne pathogens and stopping Gram-positive bacterial outbreaks.
