This chapter deals with spatio-temporal models of the immune response to cancer. After presenting a basic model where the immune response is described implicitly through a specific loss or death term for the cancer cells, a more detailed immune response model focusing on the role of tumour-infiltrating cytotoxic lymphocytes is described.
