Abstract <p>The aim of this work is to analyze the possibilities of applying topology optimization in the design of aircraft load-bearing structural elements and the manufacturing capabilities for such parts, including the use of additive manufacturing methods. The relevance of this research lies in the fact that reducing the mass of an aircraft is one of the key challenges addressed during design, and the topology optimization method is considered a tool for solving this problem.</p>
