Optimization of Vacuumization of a Dry Semipreg Package during Molding the Composite Products

Abstract
The stage of vacuumization of a dry semipreg package during the formation of composite products is considered. It is assumed that the viscosity of the air-vapor mixture in the pore space of the package, its porosity, permeability, and thickness depend on the density of this mixture. The corresponding relationships are given, the optimization problem is formulated, where the time of filtration vacuumization of a semipreg package acts as an optimality criterion. As a result of its solution, the value of the parameter characterizing the intensity of bleeding the air-vapor mixture, at which the vacuumization time would be minimal, is found.
