Using EP53 Stainless Steel in Magnetic Couplings and Magnetic Systems
摘要
Abstract
The influence of the steel used in magnetic cores on the power of magnetic systems and magnetic couplings with highly coercive Nd–Fe–B permanent magnets (residual magnetic induction 1.22 T) is studied. With air gaps of 4–10 mm between the sections of the magnetic system, the unit shear force of the magnetic core is 17.88% less for EP53 (08Kh22N6T) stainless steel than for steel 15.
