Justification and Research of the Design of Perforated Sieves of Vibrating Screens Using the Solidworks Simulation Environment

Abstract
The strength of the perforated sieve of a vibrating screen is investigated based on the analysis of its stress–strain state in the SolidWorks environment. Based on the results of the study, optimization of the sieve parameters is proposed, aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the material screening process without reducing reliability owing to increasing the net area ratio of the sieving surface.
