摘要

Abstract

The influence of the conditions used in low-temperature plasma treatment of aluminosilicate microspheres and microfibers on the properties of the resulting heat- and fire-resistant elastomers based on ethylene propylene diene rubber (EPDM rubber) is investigated. The optimal treatment time is found to be 3–7 min at a power of 300 W. These conditions increase the coke residue on high-temperature treatment and also its strength.
