摘要

Abstract

An original organizational and functional model of the i-Office for product lifecycle management (PLM), a hub for digital coordination of engineering, manufacturing, and IT processes, is presented. The goals and objectives of the i-Office as well as its differences from traditional departments (PLM departments, project offices, and IT services) are described. Key roles and competencies of participants are defined, and a model of digital and management competencies is proposed. An organizational chart and RASCI matrix as a tool for delineating responsibilities are presented. Operating procedures for the i-Office, ensuring flexibility, integration, and strategic management in the context of digital transformation, are developed.
