Frictional Properties of Pressed Mixtures of Low-Alloy Iron Powder with Lubricants
摘要
Abstract
The influence of lubricants on the frictional properties of batch based on low-alloy UE-6 iron powder is studied. Specifically, the properties of UE-6 powder pressed at 1000 MPa with liquid lubricant (machine oil) and solid lubricants (graphite and zinc stearate) are investigated. The lubricant consists of graphite, machine oil, and zinc stearate in different proportions.
