Abstract <p>The organization of logistics at an aircraft plant is considered as an aspect of logistical support. The functions of the logistical department are analyzed, along with the system for assessing the efficiency (key performance indicators, KPI) of its subdivisions. Automation of the business processes by means of the 1C: ERP system is proposed, with the creation of a built-in logistical monitoring system. The digitization and optimization of logistical processes is of great importance in order to increase the overall performance and competitiveness of the enterprise.</p>

Abstract
