Abstract <p>In a time of globalization and fierce economic competition, it is of particular importance to improve staff management at industrial enterprises. Currently, labor organization is a complex system integrated into the overall production process. It includes social, management, economic, psychological, and engineering aspects. This system focuses not only on improving productivity and resource utilization and strengthening the company’s competitive position but on creating comfortable working conditions that encourage workers’ professional growth and self-realization. Therefore, constant efforts must be made to refine labor organization, with the introduction of new tools and approaches.</p>
