Abstract <p>A methodology for evaluating and selecting outsourcing suppliers based on seven key categories, viz. quality of materials and works, compliance with deadlines, organization of interaction, safety and ecology, financial discipline, loyalty and partnership, and prospects, is considered. The proposed formulas and criteria make it possible to objectively evaluate suppliers, taking into account the regulatory requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard. A detailed analysis of each criterion and recommendations for the application of the methodology is given.</p>
