Influence of Severe Plastic Deformation on the Performance of Mg–Ca Magnesium Alloys with TiO2 and ZrO2 Coatings

Abstract
Attention focuses on how the microstructure of Mg–Ca alloy obtained by equal-channel angular pressing and torsion at high hydrostatic pressure affects its mechanical properties and performance. The influence of ZrO2 and TiO2 coatings applied by atomic-layer deposition on alloy performance is also considered.
