Abstract <p>The article presents a developed seven-bar linkage mechanism with two degrees of freedom that provides high precision of slider motion. One degree of freedom is excluded by constrained motion of a certain point of the mechanism along a predetermined path. For this purpose, the two-DOF planar seven-bar linkage mechanism is supplemented with one two-DOF higher kinematic pair. Precision of slider motion is ensured by determining the law of motion of the roller by the method of closed vector contours.</p>

Abstract

The article presents a developed seven-bar linkage mechanism with two degrees of freedom that provides high precision of slider motion.
