Calculation of Total Misalignment of a Gearbox Output Shaft Relative to the Seal
摘要
The article presents calculation of the dimensional chain for the shaft-seal coupling in which the master link contains misalignment and radial runout of the rotating shaft relative to the sealing ring. It is substantiated that the links of the dimensional chain should be divided into static misalignment and dynamic radial runout. On the example of the output shaft of the YaMZ-239 gearbox, it is shown that the dimensional chain consists of nine links, five of which take the form of misalignment, four, radial runout. It is shown that the accuracy margin is formed by both the total misalignment and the total radial runout. During operation of the gearbox, the radial clearance of the rolling bearing increases, and lubricant leakage begins at a constant radial runout of 0.055 mm once misalignment reaches 0.095 mm.
