Setup of a Production Quality Control System for Bearings

Abstract
The article considers a production quality control system for bearings. The quality parameters of raw materials, production processes, and finished products at the stages of incoming, in-process, and outgoing control are defined based on state standards. The relationships of these parameters with a universal quality indicator, used to determine the sale price and sales volume, are established. Using the Monte Carlo method, combinations of control parameters and their values that maximize enterprise profits are considered.
