Improving Geometric Accuracy of Crankshaft Forging Die Impressions Based on Research Data on Wear Patterns of Ball End Mills
摘要
Abstract
To improve the geometric accuracy of crankshaft forging die impression finishing milling, it is proposed to use data on the wear of ball end mills obtained by experiments on impression material samples. The proposed method makes it possible to double the geometric accuracy of die impressions by correcting the trajectory of the tool without replacing it with a more rigid one.
