Acoustic Emission Monitoring of the Deformation and Failure of Structural Alloys Produced by Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing
摘要
Abstract
The deformation of 30KhGSA and 08KhMFA steel produced by wire arc additive manufacturing (WAAM) in tensile tests is studied by means of acoustic emission. Information regarding the processes in the material on loading may be obtained from characteristics such as the fractal dimension and informational entropy of the acoustic emission signal, which may be used in diagnostics of the steel samples.
