Ensuring Monitoring of the Creation and Implementation of the Transport Aviation System

Abstract
The problem of creating a methodological framework to assess the level of development of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) system is discussed. The assessment tool is presented as a model and algorithm for calculating the development level. A criterion termed effective feasibility is proposed, which is interpreted as an indicator of the progress towards achieving the desired state of the system. The applicability of this approach to studying feasibility aspects to minimize risks, reduce resource consumption, and shorten development time is specified.
