Abstract <p>The design of a bandpass filter based on Russian low-temperature cofired ceramic (LLTC) technology is considered. The potential for use of this technology in superhigh-frequency and microwave devices is demonstrated. The structure of the ceramic permits the creation of multilayer devices, so that different functional elements (such as resistors, capacitors, and inductances) may be combined within a single unit. That permits decrease in size and increase in speed of the device. Electrodynamic characteristics of the device reflecting its performance within a specific frequency range with satisfactory consistency are derived.</p>
