Prospects for the Development of Integrated Aviation Power Generation Systems with the Use of an Electromechanical Converter Based on Permanent Magnets
摘要
A comparison between aviation generators used in Russia and abroad, their parameters, and development trends, as well as the goals to be pursued, is carried out. The conditions of potential maintainability for integrated generators made according to the classical method and with the use of T-LAM technology, which makes it possible, if necessary, to reduce the complexity of repairs, material costs, and product commissioning time, are considered. The technological and operational problems of manufacturing and operating an integrated aviation generator with a capacity of 300 kW at a temperature of more than 180°C, are considered. Materials for making a magnetic core, winding, and insulating elements are proposed. Experimental testing was performed by heating the proposed materials to temperatures above 300°C.
