Electromagnetic Torque of a Slotless Motor with Permanent Magnets and Fractional Coil Windings

Abstract
The article is a continuation of a previously presented work, in which an analytical model of slotless electric machines with permanent-magnet excitation (SLEMPM) was proposed, which makes it possible to quickly fulfill magnetic field mapping in an electric machine. An expression for calculating the electromagnetic torque in the SLEMPM is given, based on the distribution of the magnetic field, the high degree of accuracy of which was justified by comparison with the results of numerical simulation.
