Abstract <p>Monitoring the condition of railway assets is an important component of maintenance, which is aimed at developing and planning the actions necessary to prevent, identify, eliminate failures and failures in controlled processes and systems. The article presents an overview of domestic and foreign diagnostic systems and complexes for railway infrastructure. It was noted that the development and implementation of diagnostic systems should follow the path of integration with train traffic safety systems.</p>
