Experience in the Development and Modernization of the Electric Machine Set for the Electromechanical Transmission of the Belarus-3023 Tractor
摘要
The design of a set of electrical machines for the electromechanical transmission of a 300-hp wheeled energy-intensive tractor is presented. The set consists of a fully standardized induction motor–generator and traction induction motor. The main technical solutions adopted during the development of the electrical machines in the set are considered. The history of the modification of the active part of the electrical machine, based on the operational tests of the first installation series of the Belarus-3023 tractor with electromechanical transmission, is provided. Comparative characteristics of the electrical machine with various options for the stator and rotor cores are presented, along with durability indicators calculated for the examined variants. The prospects for using semiclosed stator slots with winding made of round-section wire, as well as cast aluminum rotor windings, are substantiated.
