Abstract <p>An indirect method is proposed for monitoring sources of unorganized atmospheric emissions at coke plants. The basis of the method is outlined, and a computational algorithm is developed. The objectivity of the results is demonstrated for an example. The principles of an environmental management program are outlined.</p>
