Novel High-Entropy Superconductor (Na0.2K0.2Rb0.2Sr0.2Ba0.2)Fe2As2

Abstract
We report on synthesis of a polycrystalline high-entropy iron-based superconductor (Na0.2K0.2Rb0.2Sr0.2Ba0.2)Fe2As2 by mechanical alloying. The phase composition is confirmed by X-ray diffraction. The superconducting transition temperature is found to be 10.8 K, and according to magnetic measurements, only one superconducting phase is present in the sample.
