Study of Laser Transfer Regimes to Increase the Efficiency of Application of Antibacterial Silver Nanoparticles
摘要
Abstract
The paper examines the antibacterial effect of silver nanoparticles applied by laser-induced forward transfer to infected pig skin as a function of the transfer regime and film thickness. Optimal regime of nanoparticle application are found, with the minimum inhibitory concentration against gram-positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureus being about 3 μg/cm2.
