Abstract <p>The use of polymeric nanocomposites in the restoration of worn casing parts provides an increase in their life to a significant extent and leads to a significant increase in the cost of equipment repair. In the case of the uniform distribution of filler particles in the solution, the highest level of mechanical and thermophysical properties of the polymeric composite can be achieved. A novel method has been proposed and developed, in which the mixing quality of the polymeric composite solution can be evaluated based on the uniformity of distribution of filler particles in the solution. The method is characterized by the efficiency and increased reliability of the mixing quality control, by a decrease in materials consumption and by a low cost price.</p>
