On the Durability of Heat-Resistant Nickel Alloy EI607A during Long-Term Operation

Abstract
This paper examines the behavior of high-temperature fatigue in the EI607A heat-resistant nickel alloy under full-scale operation conditions (for 22 773, 25 778, 80 000, 95 223, 105 227, and 109 594 hours). This paper establishes patterns of material degradation with an increase in the service life, accompanied by the appearance of non-uniformity in the microhardness distribution, the manifestation of hardening and softening effects in the thermally loaded zone, and microbrittleness, which contribute to a decrease in the survivability of the alloy.
