Abstract <p>The technical features of the manufacture of thin-walled cold-deformed pipes of hexagonal section by profiling the pipe without changing the wall thickness by cold deformation in a multi-roll gauge using a long mandrel are considered. The technological scheme of profiling hexagonal pipes by pushing is considered in detail. The technical and economic aspects of the assessment of the implementation of new technical solutions are determined.</p>
