Abstract
The composition and physical and mechanical properties of the formed aluminum coatings have been studied, and the chemical reactions between the combustion products of a hydrogen–oxygen flame, the chemical elements of aluminum powder, and the metal of the radiator of the cooling system have been analyzed. Recommendations for the repair of radiators of the cooling system of vehicles by the method of gas-flame spraying of aluminum powders using a hydrogen–oxygen flame have been developed.
