Abstract <p>Cold resistant high-strength steels are critically important materials for the fabrication of structures operated under low-temperature conditions. The main characteristics of such steels, their chemical composition, mechanical properties, and methods for improving cold resistant resistance are reviewed. The areas of application of these materials and prospects for their further development are also discussed.</p>
