Abstract <p>Problems of friction force reducing under obtaining press-fit joints in the presence of male part ultrasonic vibrations are considered. The results of experimental studies on increasing pressing depth owing to the transformation of dry friction into quasiviscous one are presented. An analysis of relative motion dynamics is carried out for the parts under assembling.</p>
