Corrosion Damage to the Main Gas Pipelines of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)
摘要
Abstract
This article presents an overview of corrosion damage in long-term operated gas pipelines in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), examining the causes, mechanisms, and scenarios of corrosion damage development under conditions of permafrost zone. An analysis of accidents caused by corrosive wear allows for the conclusion that the likelihood of corrosion damage and loss of functionality in long-term operated main gas pipelines is increasing.
