Abstract <p>This article considers an approach to continuously improving corporate IT infrastructure through assessment of key performance indicators of its subsystems. It is proposed to divide corporate infrastructure up into several subsystems, including business processes, architectural solutions, and HR management to ensure uninterrupted operations. A comprehensive assessment of efficiency assessment is performed made through the additive convolution of normalized partial indicators, taking into account weighting, as determined by the hierarchy analysis method. The need to adapt the approach to a distinct kind of a particular infrastructure is substantiated.</p>
