Ultra-early short-term creep of cement paste based on indentation method: experiments, modeling and prediction
摘要
Ultra-early creep is one of the important characteristics of cement-based materials, but there are few studies on the ultra-early creep test methods and prediction models of cement-based materials. Based on the principle of indentation method, this paper establishes an experimental method for ultra-early creep of cement-based materials under short-term load, and derives the calculation formula of short-term load creep of cement paste based on macro-indentation method. The test results of indentation method are compared with the creep test results obtained by traditional methods, and the feasibility of the short-term creep test method of indentation method is verified. The Burgers model is modified based on the test results of indentation method, and a creep model that can describe the ultra-early short-term creep of cement paste is obtained. The results show that the fitting degree of the model to the test data is above 90%. Using univariate nonlinear regression analysis, a creep prediction model for ultra-early cement paste at the end of 5 min loading is proposed. The verification results show that the relative error between the predicted value and the measured value is within 22%.
